As soon as the strands of hair have arrived, it is stored in a separate container and numbered with names. Through this procedure, we ensure that only your child’s hair is processed. As soon as your shipment has arrived, we will confirm the receipt of your natural material every day.

A small bundle is enough. As a scale you can take the thickness of a toothpick.
