Please send us at least 1g – 2g ash for a piece of jewellery. With several pieces of jewellery, the required ash increases by 1g each.

We recommend you pour the dry ash into a small film box. Ideally, you use an air cushion bag for shipping. In order to avoid a loss by post, we recommend that you always send your shipment by registered mail. We assume no liability for untraceable consignments that are lost by post. Please take the time to pack your natural material safely.

As soon as the Ashes have arrived at our place, they are stored in a separate container and labelled with names. Through this procedure, we ensure that only the ashes sent by you are processed. As soon as your shipment has arrived at our place, we will confirm you with an info by e-mail about receipt of the shipment every day.
