Please send us at least one sliver to a complete tooth for a piece of jewelry. With several pieces of jewelry, please contact us so that we can find the best modeling variant for you.

We recommend that you pack the dry tooth into a film box. Pad them with paper, styrofoam or a soft cloth. Ideally, you use an air cushion bag for shipping. In order to avoid a loss by post, we recommend that you send your shipment by registered mail. We assume no liability for untraceable consignments that are lost by post. Please take the time to pack your natural material safely. Don’t forget to label the can with your name and order number.

Clean the tooth thoroughly and then dry it.

As soon as the tooth has arrived at our place, it is stored in a separate container and is labeled numbered by name. Through this procedure, we ensure that only the tooth sent by you is processed. As soon as your shipment has arrived, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail from us every day.

If it allows the shape, the tooth or the splinter as a whole is modeled in the jewelry.

If the piece of jewelry you have ordered is too small for your tooth, we will contact you personally to discuss appropriate modelling with you.
