You have the right to revoke this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The period of withdrawal shall be fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (milk-design Manufaktur GmbH, Badstra\u00dfe 2, 15344 Strausberg, +49 (0) 3341 4272929, info@milk-design.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. If you revoke this agreement, we will provide you with all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you provide a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, the cheapest Standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is relevant or which is clearly based on the personal needs of the Consumers.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only started with the execution of the contract, after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed your knowledge that you have your right of withdrawal with the commencement of the performance of the contract on our part.
